Premise Notes:

(Premise)

In a star system that is struggling to survive due to an uncanny influx of environmental debris and eldritch antagonists, a protagonist [Zach] who has lost their memories and personal data is forced to find their way in an alien world, maintaining their survival by working a trashy (literally) minimum wage job as a space junker to pay their rent and repay their ship loan, in order to survive while they rediscover who they are. However, in order to bring life back into their decaying world and potentially save the entire star system from the grasp of an indifferent cosmic being, they must take a leap of faith, interacting with strange portals and engage in chaotic dialogues with an absurd cast of characters all affected by having their worlds on the brink of death. In the hopes that such ventures can lead to a truth which can keep them from nullification.

A mass exodus from Earth causes humanity’s new star system to experience unheard of environmental hazards as the influx of cosmic debris has reached critical density. Unhappy with the filth, an eldritch god has begun “cleaning up” to create a new blank slate, destroying world after world in it’s intergalactic purge. Your goal is to determine the god’s criterion for disposal by networking with a crazy cast of shopkeepers and cleaning up the environment, in hopes that you can convince the god that your world is worthy of being preserved and that you can change your ways.
